Anthony M. Hingleton is a Columbia, South Carolina native with a strong business mind and a love of people. He wanted to use his unique skills and talents to give back to his local community. He only needed the right opportunity to show up. And it did.
On February 10, 2023, this husband (married 20+ years), father of two (sons), and grandfather (of five) purchased KH ABC, LLC and renamed the location to J&A Liquors. It was the perfect way to combine his love for Supply Chain Management and Leadership into a thriving community retailer that customers look forward to visiting.
When he purchased KH ABC, LLC, Anthony’s goals were simple; he wanted to serve his local community while changing the retail liquor landscape in his city. He isn’t just interested in selling products, he wanted to engage in the community he was serving. He enjoys getting to know his customers and loves a good conversation.
Anthony, along with his family, strongly believe in friendly, warm, authentic, customer service with a smile; being fully knowledgeable about the products they offer, and leaving customers with a uniquely positive shopping experience.
Our History
On February 10, 2023, KH ABC, LLC was acquired by Quantum Integrated Solutions LLC, a company owned by local native Anthony M. Hingleton. The store was renamed J&A Liquors. Anthony, along with his wife Joenitta and his oldest son Tyrell, have turned J&A Liquors into a thriving, family-owned operation. This busy establishment continues to serve its community as one of the best spots to find and buy the well-known, liquors and spirits you want and depend on.
J&A Liquors is able to work with just about any budget (starting as low as $1) to provide the alcohol brands you’ve come to know and trust. In addition to the tried-and-true brands, we now offer top shelf spirits, including tequilas by Michael Jordan, Kevin Hart and "The Rock".
